A roll of bologna slow smoked over hickory wood for over 5 hours until it is perfect. Then 3 hand cut slices are fried to order on the flat top. Leaving a smoke flavor and a bite that melts in your mouth. Served as a sandwich on two slices of buttered toasted bread
